Welcome to our yoga evening class, a welcoming space designed for both absolute beginners and those continuing their yoga journey. Whether you are building on a recent 10-week course or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, this practice is entirely yours. We will focus on steady foundations and mindful breathing, allowing you to move at a pace that suits your own body. Please always feel empowered to take resting poses whenever you need to recharge. Let us begin by arriving and meeting like minded people, leaving the day behind, and tuning into our breath.
