A weekly yoga class is a great way to either begin or deepen your yoga practice. You can experience and learn about yoga in a weekly class, taking time and space for yourself and practising with others. Benefits include a weekly reminder of what it's like to have a more relaxed body, more spacious breathing and your mind feels more open, with less agitation, anxiety and/or dullness.

The class will teach yoga postures with breath work and at the end there will be a lying relaxation. You will need to bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
