The Music School Regulations Autumn 2011
✽ Children from 5 years upwards are accepted.
✽ Regular attendance is of the utmost importance.
✽ All instruments require daily practice at home. The school reserves the right of the
teacher to withdraw the candidate from an exam if not sufficiently prepared.
✽ All students taking individual tuition are required to take Theory. Before enrolment select a Theory class from the Theory Timetable. Classes can be changed but please attend the first class on the day you require. Enrolment will not be allowed without a choice of theory class. ✽ Fees are payable in advance for each term. Classes will not run if there are not sufficient students and you will receive a refund. (Click

✽In order to facilitate families in these difficult economic times, when 2 or more members of a family are taking individual tuition (i.e. where the fee each term is €950 or more) instalment payments will be available on a monthly basis over 6 months. In all other cases fees are due in advance before the start of each term. If your payment doesn't go through you will be liable for the full amount or your lessons will be forfeit. No theory refunds will be available for those paying by instalments. You will need a credit card and a valid email address. Follow the instructions on the website.
✽ Term One begins on Saturday September 17th and is of 14 weeks duration. Term Two begins on Saturday January 28th 2011. Terms follow the school timetable of holidays. Monday lessons may sometimes need to take place on Bank Holidays.
✽ Refunds are only given for certified long-term medical illness.TRE conveniently situated

✽ Returning Students should enrol Online from August 15th.

Thursday, 1st September, 2011 from 2-4 pm and 7-8 pm or
Friday, 2nd September, 2011 from 2-4 pm and 7-8 pm
After that date Office Hours will be on Wednesdays from 2-3.30pm at St Thomas's Night School (Adult Education) Office.
The Music Centre is located on the Florence Road in the grounds of Colaiste Raithin.
